This monkee maker will be taking a bit of a monkee making holiday for a while. Many thanks to everyone who has visited my shop and purchased a monkee made of knit.

For anyone who is still keen to purchase a monkee, I will let those on my mailing list know when the monkee mojo has returned and more monkees will be available.

It's been a while .....

..... but at long last more monkees made of knit are almost ready to go into my shop (just need to sew some labels on their botties .....)

A note about postage ..... postage within the UK will be at the recorded delivery rate; postage outside the UK can be either standard Airmail or by Airsure. If you decide not to use the Airsure option, please note that I can not be held responsible should your monkee go astray.

Heavens to Murgatroid!! What on earth was happening with those comments? I had a hot sweat when I reserved all the monkees but then all the comments had disappeared!

Anyway ..... I hope it's now resolved and I shall mail all the prospective monkee owners as soon as possible.

A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE OUTSIDE THE UK

Following a recent unfortunate event whereby a stunt monkee went AWOL over the Atlantic Ocean, I have decided to offer customers outside the UK the option of sending their monkee purchase by AirSure. This is a more expensive postal option but it means that the package can be tracked.

If you choose not to pay for AirSure postage and would rather just pay for standard Airmail, then unfortunately I cannot be held responsible should your monkee go astray.

(As a guide ..... the cost of posting a monkee to the US by AirSure was two thirds the cost of said monkee ..... pricey, but he did get there - unlike his predecessor ..... may he rest in bananas wherever he may be ..... )

Good Morning, what a ~~lovely~~ rainy Sunday morning it is. Perfect for selling some monkees make of knit!

Four monkees will be up soon, and if you'd like to buy one just leave a comment - not here, but on the relevant post .... the first person to comment on each one will have the option to buy it, depending on whether they're happy with the total cost, including postage.

I've installed Haloscan on my comments now, which means that I can reply to comments, so I will mail the first commenter on each monkee as soon as possible to find out where they live so that postage can be calculated.

I'm afraid there are no monkee tote bags this time ..... I've lost my sewing mojo recently ..... but hopefully it'll be back soon - watch this space!

Also, for those of you who really want a monkee but are right now snoozing in bed (lucky you!), I will try and alter the times I re-stock my shop ..... next time I'll do a late night opening ..... but not at the weekend - for obvious reasons .....
